A native Oregonian, I love the beauty and bounty of the region. Whether the coast, the mountains, or Oregon Wine Country, there is no better place to call home.
After 25 years of leading sales and marketing organizations, I decided the time was right to follow my dream. I took the leap and opened WineHaus Digital in 2019.
Our vision at WineHaus is clear, focus on the key areas that drive results for small and mid-sized businesses; websites, social media management, email, and direct mail marketing.
A consistent look, feel, and voice is critical in creating the best possible user experience. We will work together to tell your story across all digital platforms, in a way that connects with your audience on an emotional level. In doing so, you'll see increased engagement, conversions, and loyalty.
We started WineHaus Digital because we want to partner with start-ups, non-profits, and small businesses. Being a small business ourselves, we understand how challenging it can be to get everything done. Wearing "all the hats" can be fun, but it can also be overwhelming.
We made a commitment to ourselves, each other, and our clients to be fully transparent, remain affordable, stay true to our word, and to "stay in our lane". What do we mean by that? We understand we can't be all things to all people. We focus on the key digital marketing areas we believe drive the best results for our clients. And have the largest impact on their on-line reputation. Websites, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
When it comes to websites, we build on platforms that offer beautiful themes, are user-friendly on the front-end and back-end, are secure, and provide great user experiences. What we don’t do is require ongoing maintenance agreements or retainers. We want you to feel empowered to make any future changes to the site without relying on a third party. We teach you how to work the back-end yourself, or if you prefer, we will manage any future updates and bill you at our hourly rate.
In regard to Social Media, we take the complete management of your social channels off your plate. Freeing you up to focus on other areas of your business. In addition to posting organic content, we manage any paid campaigns you run, as well as the engagement – both proactive and reactive. This is an area many social media companies will not include but is very important. Engaging with your audience has a direct impact on how many of your followers see your content in their news feeds. It’s also an important step in growing your fan base.
Email Marketing is the third component. This is such an affordable way to stay in front of your customers and build life-time value. Including relevant content, understanding when to push sales and when not to, taking the time to segment your audience, and keeping a consistent look and feel in your newsletters as you do on your website and social channels, are all key components to a successful campaign.
Let's work together to bring your ideas to life.
